We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase when starting your return request.
Once you request a return authorization in the link above, you will be issued a Trixxi Credit to use right away in the gift card field at checkout for a new item. If you choose to use it, your purchase will ship right away, even if you haven't completed your return yet. Or wait one to two weeks to get a cash refund after we process your return. Instant Trixxi Credit comes with no strings attached: any unused portion of your voucher will be refunded after receiving your items in our warehouse.
If your return is accepted, please use the provided return shipping label, and pre-existing packaging to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or e-gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with in 10 days of receiving your item, and request Trixxi Credit. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your credit.
Once we receive your return with in the 10 days postmark, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
